My Everyday Makeup

Happy Wednesday everyone! I've been wanting to start a blog for forever so I thought I'd give it a go. Here are my everyday beauty must haves.

I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity when it come to makeup products! Some of these products are total splurges but in my opinion they are totally worth it. A few of these items were gifted to me and many of them I just found for killer deals so don't judge! I must admit I am a beauty junkie so I have no problem spending that extra dollar on an amazing product. I'll be linking some dupes for some of these items because I know not everyone wants to spend $60 on a freaking foundation.

Moisturizer is the base of any bomb makeup look. Lately I've been loving one by Perricone MD. It's called the Face Finishing Moisturizer Tint. It gives this gorgeous natural and glowy finish. It looks like a real tan, wears beautifully under foundation, and has SPF so that's a major plus! I also just started trying out the Perricone Brightening Eye Cream which has been noticeably keeping my puffy under eye bags in check.

When I don't reach for the Perricone, my ride or die for a long while has been the CeraVe PM Moisturizer. It's light but really hydrating and super inexpensive. If you have sensitive skin this one would be great for you.

I'm obsessed with natural looking skin so I tend to reach for tinted moisturizers or lighter foundations like Smashbox BB Cream or Smashbox BB Water. Another one I just discovered and have been loving is the Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation. The name says it all. It gives the perfect 'no makeup' makeup look, ideal for everyday wear. If you're on a budget, pick up the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream and you won't be disappointed.

I'm one of those girls that was blessed or should I say cursed with under-eye dark circles. I live for a good concealer. My #1 fave is Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer. This concealer has great coverage but isn't cakey which is key when searching for a quality concealer. Another one that gets the job done is the Sephora Gel Serum Concealer. This one is pretty good although if you don't blend it properly it can get a bit cakey up in there. I can't not mention the Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer because it's one of those holy grail drugstore products. I've used this gem for years and will use it until the name actually applies to me...Lol.

Setting Powder. The only one I can name is the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder. I have yet to find something that compares. It's a miracle powder!

Bronzer is my favorite thing ever!!! Have I said that about everything in this post? I just really love makeup. To get the contour going I use Smashbox Step-By-Step Contour Palette. It comes with a warm bronze shade, a cool bronze shade, and a translucent shade. I love mixing the two bronze shades to warm up my face. A good drugstore dupe for this is the Rimmel London Natural Bronzer.

By now in my makeup process I'm looking pretty matte. I'm about that glowwww so I get the highlight going with the Bobbi Brown Limited Edition Shimmer Brick Palette. This palette is so pretty and I bought it solely for that reason. Thankfully, it works just as good as it looks. Glow on.

I was never really into blush until just recently... So I only own one and I use it everyday. It's the brand Nars in the shade Liberte. If you have an olive/tan skin tone you must try this shade out!

I need to talk about the makeup tool that I simply could not live without. The infamous Beauty Blender. If you have not tried this go get yourself one today!!! This is one item you cannot cheap out on. I've tried drugstore/Target beauty sponges and they just do not compare. I use this tool damp and for applying foundation, setting powder, and the occasional cream contour. I don't even want to know what my makeup looked like before this makeup sponge was in my collection!

To top it all off, the This is Feel- Refreshed Hydrating Floral Mist does wonders. This is one product that I apply whether or not I am even wearing makeup! It hydrates your skin, minimizes your pores, and makes your makeup melt into your skin in the most beautiful way! This product is the key to natural, everyday, radiant makeup. A great dupe for this is the Mario Badescu Facial Spray! I love this one during the winter, although during the summer it makes my skin a bit oily. But for $7, so worth it!

By this point your face should be poppin'!

Over and out.
